It uses the same material and same codes and standard as the conventionally built facility. With this advanced technique, the building is ably built greener, faster, smarter and exposed to less risk caused by the natural environment.

Aligning with the trend, we have ventured into modular construction and precast mould creation. With the teams of experienced personnel in steel fabrication work, we have experience in designing and fabricating a highly precise mould for pre-casting activities. We have been supporting the pre-cast activities around Malaysia and Singapore for the past few years.
We have successfully delivered a few Modular Building projects in conjunction with associates to Client in the Middle East.
